  1. Do I need to register to place an order?

Customers can choose to create an account but it's not mandatory for checkout. If customers do have an account and they're logged in, then their address fields are pre-filled when they place an order.

          4. What happens if my item is out of stock?

We will continue to work with our independent designers to ensure the items displaying on our website will be available to the public as soon as possible in case of sold out stock, meanwhile you can send us your email and you will be notified when the item is available.

           5. Can I modifiy or cancel my order?

Once you finish the payment for your order if you want to modify or cancel please send us a request to our customer service at info@earthlilyvintage.com. We will try to assist you.

            6. How long does the free shipping delivery take?

The free shipping takes 10 -20 days to be delivered In United States and 10-26 days to be delivered in Canada.

            7. What should I do if my item arrived defective?

We strive to offer you high-quality items, but once in a blue moon, something slips by that is not up to our standards. We're so sorry that your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition! Be sure to contact Customer Care right away if anything is ever amiss with an item info@earthlilyvintage.com. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and will work with you to help make things right.

           8. How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email with your tracking number to the email address that you provide us. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.  You can also use the order number on Earth Lily Vintage order look up section at the bottom of our website.

    9. Will my items arrive in one package?

We work with many different companies and designers, most likely your items will arrive in different times and different packages.

            10. How can I return purchased items to Earth lily vintage? (If applicable)

Before returning any items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and that you meet all the criteria. The first step is to contact our customer service at  info@earthlilyvintage.com  please provide us with the following information:

  1. The original order number
  2. The reason for the return
  3. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
  4. Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name and color
  5. Your shipping address and phone number

Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement. Once we have agreed to accept the returned item, please send the item back to:

Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping unless the original item shipped out is damaged or incorrect through no fault of the customer. In this case we will send the new item back to the customer at no shipping cost.

 

Your exchanged item will be shipped out to you within 7-10 business days of us receiving your returned item.

 

Please note:

All returned  items must be returned within 30 calendar days. Returns  will only occur for eligible products. We reserve the right to refuse the return  of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive has been worn, is damaged, has had its tags removed, or is deemed unacceptable for return, we reserve the right to return to you any non-compliant pieces. All product packaging must be intact and not damaged in any way.
